How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login screen. You will be asked to enter the phone number registered to your Wheelz account. We will then send you a confirmation code via SMS, which you will enter on the next screen. Once you have entered the correct code, you can reset your password.

If you do not receive a PIN code via SMS, or the password reset is not working, contact Customer Support for help.
